Concord interview questions

The recruiter reached out to me via an intro and wanted to schedule a face to face meeting with the head of product marketing. I was a bit surprised by that and asked for a call first just to make sure we were on the same page about the role. That went well and then we moved to a face to face. The meeting was fairly casual and I didn't feel that there was any insight I got besides seeing the office that couldn't have been addressed via phone. I recognize the value of face to face meetings, but there should also be a consideration for the candidates time. More on that later. After 4 days of not hearing back, I reached out as I was interested. She said they wanted to schedule an onsite. Didn't say how much time I should plan for, I had to ask. I provided 4-time slots that I sent her on Wednesday morning for the following week. Two days later, she has not locked anything down, I followed up and said one of the time slots is no longer available. That was the one she was scheduling, OK so now that this is Friday morning I figured she'd lock it down by EOD. Nope, I get an email Monday morning to come in on Wednesday, which would have been fine, but now they want me to prepare a presentation. First, this was not discussed as part of the process. They are definitely lacking some basic organization and communication? Second, giving someone two days is very short notice, a week is standard for these types of projects. Why not give me the case when you had invited me to the onsite, so I would have the weekend to work on it. I requested to push back the interview or split the onsite and presentation into two different visits. I think that's reasonable. Didn't hear back! Yep, they basically did not respond. So glad I didn't waste my time on this company. It's so unprofessional to treat a candidate this way and speaks a lot about how they operate and gives insight into the hiring manager.
