Concord interview questions

Short, sweet and concise. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process with a lot of helpful details about next steps and what to expect. I spoke with the recruiter who provided a lot of meaningful details and was able to answer a lot of my questions. I was presented with an exercise which typically is a turn off for me. BUT this exercise was interesting and fun as it exposed me to their platform, had clear instructions and did not take an entire afternoon. I was then invited onsite where the interview was conversational but also well focused and informative. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my work, passions and drive.

The interview process was straightforward. I was connected through a recruiter and put in touch with the director of success for a phone screen. By the very next day, she had requested that I'd come in for an onsite interview. They had me do a little presentation for two people, and then asked the questions I expected: Why Concord? Why would I be a good candidate? Why was I leaving my current job? Etc. The following day I had a video chat with the director of sales, followed by the CEO himself.
