Online via microsoft teams. Program director and assistant director. Standard interview questions, maybe 5-6. Professional all the way through. Was a good experience. Felt very welcomed from all parties. Took approximately 15 minutes to complete. Job offer cane shortly after the interview.
Basic interview process. A lot of onbarding processes and training consists of shadowing exsisting employees. Verification of certifications may take a while.
