I was told by the recruiter (who reached out to me via LinkedIn btw) that it would be a two interview process. It, in fact, ended up being three interviews AND an assignment. Although I was irritated by the miscommunication in the interview process, I went along with it because it did sound like an interesting opportunity. I truly felt that all interviews went very well and the team relayed to me that they were impressed with the results of the assignment. However, after the final round interview, I was completely ghosted even after reaching out to the recruiter for an update. I have never been ghosted that far along in the interview process and I found it extremely disrespectful and a waste of my time.
