Difficult work environment with extreme pressure and micromanagement

Remote work… that is really the only Pro

Cons

Extreme Micromanagement High quotas that do not align with the account base. High Sales Pressure RSMs are getting fired every month Expected to work overtime and weekends if not reaching unattainable goals Taking vacation is frowned upon

Axcient is the only good tool we offer.

Cons

Horrendous reputation in the industry for having the worst billing and contracts process. Literally the only reason Kaseya is staying in business is because MSPs switch from CW is to avoid dealing with the horrible billing process. Leadership does not care to fix it at all. CRO recently quit after about a year... company is a sinking ship. All top performers have left. The VP of sales is horrible.
