I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ConnectWise (Tampa, FL) in Dec 2016
Interview
Brief phone interview with manager. Just talked and asked if I had seen the website and other general questions.
Next was an in-person interview with 3 people. It was relaxed, and mainly general interview questions. After that there was an online assessment that they ask you to take at home. Once that was submitted, I got another call to setup the next interview. That interview consisted of me doing an exercise with the software with one of the managers. That was the final step and was offered the job the next day.

Question 1
If you were given an elephant and you couldn't give it back or sell it, what would you do with it?

Interview
The process started with an email from an HR Rep with 5 questions geared toward why I chose ConnectWise and why I'd be a good fit for a position working with customers. They give the option to record yourself answering the questions, but answering them in written form was fine.
Shortly after an in-person interview was scheduled. They were easy to work with to get this scheduled.
Right before I walked into the building, I received an email stating that the position had been filled. When I asked about this during my meeting, the HR Rep I interviewed with brushed it off and said they were bringing in two people. Interview was conversational and went smoothly mostly standard questions (what are your strengths, weaknesses, how can you contribute to the team, yada yada) then at the end the they asked some fun questions. The Rep said she would get back to me by Friday, but I never heard from her. Even when I sent her an email asking for an update.

Question 1
Tell me one Customer Success Story – how did you make someone’s day?

Interview
Had a brief phone call which described the position and answered a few general questions. Next step was a video interview with 3 people. Was pretty neutral. No one seemed to be really friendly or excited to be talking to me which doesnt make a video interview comfortable.
