For the entry dev role, the interview was what you'd expect. There was a sheet of general programming trivia questions to gauge the interviewee's understanding of some (non-theory) basics. The next part was the dreaded whiteboard: write an algorithm that's useless for anything other than an interview. Lastly we went over the stuff listed on my resume; if you mention that you work on projects at home you'd better be ready to back it up with explanations.
