ConnectWise Partner Support Consultant interview questions

There was a 2-step process which included an interview with the support director and team leads, then a follow-up interview with the the senior directors. Prior to the second interview, you are sent a test link that appears to review your personality trait and decision making/problem solving skills.

Started with a phone interview and a technology test Interview with multiple managers and meeting with director Professional atmosphere where they made you feel comfortable but kept it focused All managers present had a part and made sure they asked direct questions pertaining to the position Feedback was given in regards to the interview and resume to help for future advancement with the company
