I applied online. I interviewed at ConnectWise in Jul 2026
Interview
Out of all the interviews I have ever attended this was by far the worst one. The interviewer had zero etiquette, unclarity about what to ask and no knowledge of the programming language for which interview they were taking.
The said person did know how to frame questions and lacked practical knowledge. He was expecting textbook answers and paid no heed to practical answers. As an interviewer you usually start ooff with introduction and try to set a pace for interview and not ask your candidate a incomplete technical question first and then ask them about themselves. Only if there were classes on how to take interview.
Even if I would have cleared this round I think I would have declined the offer because I refuse to work with people who don't know how the basic etiquette.
