Connecteam interview questions

They asked me about projects I worked on and processes I improved at my current job. They also asked me a few BizOps-related questions. The interview went well and was very professional. Unfortunately, they chose another candidate who had more relevant experience. :(

The process started with an initial HR screening call. It was a pleasant introductory conversation where the recruiter introduced the company, its culture, and the growth of the engineering teams. I then presented my background, technical experience, and career expectations. The overall vibe was very welcoming, professional, and respectful of my time.
