Cons

Worst company I have ever worked for. There is absolutely no work-life balance, little to no support from management, and the work environment is extremely toxic. If you value your mental well-being and want to work in a healthy, supportive environment, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

- Salary - There are some good engineers there who are too afraid to speak

Cons

- A culture of employee burnout – expected to work long hours(16+) and stay available even during vacations - Working with outdated technologies with no improvement in sight. - Lack of collaboration between development and infrastructure groups, with tons of ego battles. - The DevOps team is mostly junior, with a lack of professionalism. - Senior employees feel comfortable yelling at and belittling others, and this behavior is tolerated by management - No standards – Legacy processes that are not accepted in the industry - If your ideas don’t fit well with management, you can find yourself fired within days. The churn is at the ceiling.
