I had an initial lengthy online test (approx 60-75 mins) on competency questions followed by screening interview with HR, after which I received no communication on the outcome. Disappointing experience

Really easygoing and great people interviewing me. They reached out to share a potential position and asked to interview me. They had some general questions and everyone was really nice asking me about my background. Overall a positive experience.

General questions about what I would do if I got the position. Everything was ok but they never reached out after the interview.
The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Conservation International

It took more than two months before I was called for the interview. The interviews were great and went upto the final round. However i never heard from them, they gosted me instead of just sending a regret email. Conservation International should do better and give feedback to candidates they have interviewed.
