It required me to explain who I was, why I was interested in the internship, and asked me questions relevant to the internship role. I felt like it was conducted professionally, and my two interviewers were really encouraging throughout. Great to meet a bunch of people committed to conservation

Applied for an internship with the Moore Center for Science. I just had a 25-30 min video interview with my to-be supervisor, was contacted for references a few days later, and received an offer shortly thereafter. Simple and pleasant process.
