One phone interview one in person with 4 different people
Everyone seemed nice
The only problem was the process was slow, over a few months and they don't get back to you.
The interview questions were very basic.
It was hard to gauge what exactly they wanted.
Interview was relatively smooth and well-organised, spoke to direct supervisor and country lead. HR could have been clearer in communication, but overall an OK experience. The Singapore team is quite small.

The interview process at CI is advertised as concise and is the opposite. Took over a month to be invited for an interview, then a month of interviewing to be emailed that I didn't get the job. They contacted references for all of the finalists, not just the one they wanted. Just a complete mess and a waste of time. Avoid unless you're desperate.
