Interview
The hiring manager was quick to get back to me (the screening call was within 10 days of having applied) and while friendly and professional, disclosed immediately that the position was paid hourly and that the salary would thus be a range while all other jobs in the same category for similar local companies were salaried. It was fine, but it made the screening call a waste of time for us both, and it would have been better for them to disclose the job nature and salary range in the job posting.

Interview
First I had a phone interview with one member of the team the position would serve (it was supposed to be 15 minutes but mine ended up being about 25), then I sent them a writing sample and they asked to schedule an in-person interview with three of the people I would be serving in the position. This interview was supposed to be 45 minutes to an hour, and mine was about 45-50 minutes.
