Interview
The process is very drowned out. Online test, first round with HR, panel then leadership panel. A bit overkill for a basic none technical position. The online test took over 50 min and have like 15 sections. Weird interviews - feels they are persuading me of how frustrating their jobs are and how backward their ITs are. For them to ghost me before the final round is a very bad look, considering how time consuming the process is. They didn’t even bother replying to a follow up email. Very disheartening to see conservation charities being so unprofessional.
