The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Constellation Energy in Jan 2010
Interview
On-campus interview, 30 minutes in length. Reviewed resume, asked basic questions about my background, work experience and current studies. Was asked some behavioral questions regarding working with others and leadership. Pretty relaxed all the way through. Nothing technical or tricky.
Interviewers consisted of three project managers/engineers, each from a different station. All very friendly and personable. Even though I was the fifth or so interviewee of the day, all were excited to interview me and were not in a rush.

Question 1
What is one circumstance where you were unable to meet all the targeted goals on a project?
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Constellation Energy (Middletown, PA) in Feb 2025
Interview
Applied last November, HR called in Feburary and did a phone screening followed by on site interview. Behavior type questions and projects you working on.
I followed up with HR a week after and got ghosted. 3 weeks after that I get an email from another department manager saying he received my resume from the individuals who interviewed me prior and would like to talk about a position he is hiring for. I replied back and expressed my interest, but again I get ghosted. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
