Initially the process began once I applied online in December. The very next day I received an email requesting my availability for a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty casual and more so informative. Once they tell you what the position entails they ask you simple questions to see if you are really a good fit for the position. About 1 month later I received a few more emails asking for me to take online assessments. The first assessment was a timed 30 question test. It had basic math and word questions. Right after I finished this test I received another email with 3 role playing scenarios, where I was the rep and the computer was the customer. Following that I got one last email with a personality questionnaire asking silly questions like "When was the last time you smoked Marijuana?" and "How much money have you stolen from your previous employer?" everything was multiple choice and pretty much common sense. 3 weeks after that I received a phone call from a human resources rep informing me that I passed the tests, and inviting me to come in to the call center for a typing test and a 4th assessment. When I arrived, there were about 10 other people who were in the same group as me waiting to go in. Once we walked in they took us to what looked like their training room. They began by giving a typing test. They give you 2 chances to pass with a minimum of only 29 wpm. When everyone was finished, they immediately called two people out into the hall way, and they never came back. Now down to 8 ppl, they gave us one last questionnaire, this time with 50 q's. They only give you 12min, in which you have to finish as many as you can correctly. After this test, they called about 4 or 5 more ppl out. When the process was over there were only 4 of us left in this group. They proceeded by playing a company video for the remaining candidates about the company and the position, then they took us out and scheduled an interview for us to come back. A week later I came back for my interview. I was then directed to a room where there were two individuals waiting to conduct the interview. They went back and forth asking me a series of questions, all beginning with "Give me an example..." After the questions were over, they handed me a box with a Carbon Monoxide detector. They told me to touch it, read it , look at it, and when I was ready to sell it to them right there. They asked if I had any q's and then I was escorted to the exit. Literally the next day I received a call from Human resources officially offering me the position! The next day I got an email with an offer letter and a link that gave me instructions for a background check and drug test.
