It was confusing when the interview with the initial hr/recruiter representative went so well they said “you would be a great fit in our organization and in the role, we will be in touch with the next interview soon”, and not hear back for over a week. The when you follow up they send you and email a day later saying they went with other candidates. Would hope to get some sort of feedback but got nothing.
