Convatec Country Manager interview questions

A series of 3 interviews: the first with another country manager, the second one with the VP of Marketing, and third one with the Regional VP. All were 1:1 interviews with no specific set of questions, rather a highly dynamic conversation were you are to show who you are at work based on real work-life experience, challenges and successes that you have accumulated during your professional career. If I am to give my opinion on the matter: I felt in love with the team I was to join right away. It makes all the sense to focus on the things that you can not teach a new colleague, rather than other interviewers that ask you stuff that will learn during the induction process anyway. The interview process at Convatec, at least mine, was set to identify a professional that fits in their regional team structure, in that sense: they did a fantastic job.
