I had a phone interview first with the director of Quality first. After the interview, she offered me to come in for a face to face interview. I accepted. When I came in for my face to face, this consisted of 4 1:1 interviews that lasted 30 minutes each. I interviewed with an HR representative, QA Director, QA manager and Production Associate Manager.

I was sent a link to some test I have to do online. one personality test, one test of mathematical skills and wording skills...I did very good on the mathematical part of the test, and not so good on the wording test...The HR manager there relied much on the test result of the wording skills test. and even I have a resume there tells her that, I have good experience in documentation, and have got good credit for that of my former manager...The HR Manager still rely more on the test result than the real live experience i have...

Hired when ConvaTec was part of BMS. Process is no longer in existence. Back then everything was so professional. Can't know how it's done now but I'm sure it's not as personal as it was
