Unprofessional, disorganized, did not give an idea of the role in the interview. When I was on-boarded my manager did not know about benefits / full time status. I was not given information about sick time, breaks, ect. and probably worked around 100 hours where I should have been allocated breaks.
The interview process was casual and easy. I met with the Studio Manager once at the studio, discussed my experience and skills, and then learned more about the role and what my day-to-day would look like.
