I was cold contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn regarding a hybrid PM role within ‘Fleet Engineering.’ I went through a sequence of 5 interviews over 2 months with seemingly positive feedback from interviewers. After my final interview and two weeks of radio silence, I received a generic automatic rejection email from Greenhouse. I politely followed up with the recruiter to request feedback, and was ghosted. Be aware that you likely won’t be receiving feedback regardless of reaching late interview stages, and invest your time accordingly.
