Pros
Great engineers, hard-working smart talents, good engineering culture, supportive environment from peer engineers.
Cons
Mid-level management are grossly incompetent and have no idea what they're doing. They micro-manage engineers to death, create long meaningless meetings, post fake encouragement like "LFG", don't listen to feedback, and care only about their own optics. Lots of meaningless red tapes only for show.
