Onsite 1hr: Behavioral interview with operationally significant role YMMV, but I expect my experience was very tailored to my niche background in operating systems (6 YOE). It is obvious that the company is, at this moment, undergoing significant growth and needs to execute effectively to capitalize on their opportunity. Everyone was extremely kind. My impression is that the management is very effective and sets a good culture. I would have been happy to take this offer under different circumstances.
