Applied online through job database, this was the only reply out of the 6 resumes I sent out. 45 minute interview, one-on-one. More the interviewer talking about the tasks involved in the job. Had me look at the back-end of a program and explain what I see. Basic questions like tell me about your resume and why this office. Heard back within a day (there were 7-10 people being interviewed) and I was the only one offered the position. Started within a week.

A recruiter sends you questions within 24 hours of the interview. Interview was done through Zoom. The interview had a more relaxed feel to it. I don’t know if they decide who moves on?? I’ve had four interviews with Cornell. I’m over qualified for every position I’ve applied for but can’t seem to get past the first stage.
