Horrible. I should have known better as the company has a bad reputation in my area. I was bounced back and forth from very junior HR people to someone in leadership. I really felt like I was wasting his time from the first moment. Blessing in disguise, this is not a good role, low pay and very high demand. They can keep it.

Question 1
Repeatedly asked me how much time in my last job I spend in the field vs the office. Wanted a percentage. When I gave her a guesstimate she said she needed a concrete number then she kept repeating it. Very odd.
