I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Costello Medical (London, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
Awful. I was required to complete a 500 word assessment on my thoughts of a clinical trial paper. I was told a few days later however, that my application had been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the feedback I received had no relevance to the assessment I submitted and was not even addressed to me ?! After having to send numerous emails to HR, I was informed that the feedback was in fact for me and this was an issue relating to their recruitment portal.
Clearly, this attests to the lack of professionalism in this company.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry to learn that there were some problems with the feedback you had received. Please rest assured that we provide all candidates who have reached the assessment or interview stages with tailored feedback, and I can only assume that your experience must have been caused by an error. I will look into this further, but our sincere apologies for this, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback.

Interview
General competency questions & proofreading exercise of a deliverable. Interview process was accommodating and the 2 interviewers were very friendly. I would recommend going in-person rather than online. There was time to ask questions at the end about the company/role/process etc.

Interview
Interview and application process is well defined by the company. First stage is submission of a C.V. and cover letter followed by the completion of a written assessment which involved reading and summarising a clinical trial paper. This was then followed by an in person interview with a ~45 min proof reading task completed immediately afterwards.
