I applied online. I interviewed at Costello Medical
Interview
The interview process was well organised overall. It began with an initial screening interview that was self-recorded and timed, which wasn't a particularly positive experience. If successful, candidates then had to complete two exercises: a proofreading task and a statistical exercise. The final stage was a 90-minute interview with two different panels, after which successful candidates received an offer.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Costello Medical in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process was similar to what others described, with a strong focus on proofreading. I found the proofreading requirement quite strict, even for a statistician role, which might be extra challenging for non-native English speakers like me. I also spent a significant amount of time and energy on the assessment project—it was quite demanding compared to other application processes. However, I appreciated the opportunity to work on a technical project and gain new skills for my resume.
