Interview
I only went through the first video interview. Talking to a computer instead of a real person felt a bit awkward. The process of having only one chance to record with just a minute to prepare was quite demanding.

We have recently implemented video interviews as part of our application process for particular roles as alternatives to telephone interviews. If successful, candidates subsequently complete a full interview (in-person or online) with members of our team. We hope that video interviews are convenient for applicants because of the flexibility in scheduling that they offer and the limited preparation required, and they also prove successful in enabling us to screen applications at this early stage.

Interview
I had first-turn HR interview, it was a 20 minutes phone interview with around 4 questions, and a second assessment and proof reading tests. The assessment was a dataset and with a few questions to answer based on your analysis and the synthesis a report for your analysis.
