Interview
The interview process was a total of 4 interviews with a total of 5 individuals. It took nearly 1 month to complete all interviews and about 5+ hours of my time preparing, interviewing and communicating with TA to schedule.
1st- phone screen, 2nd- interviewed with two supervisors, 3rd- interviewed with the SIU Director, 4th- interviewed with the VP.
The TA Manager was initially extremely responsive and would respond to emails stating how happy/impressed the previous interview went unsolicited. After my final interview I followed up and was ghosted for over a month. Finally the TA manager responded that the team felt I was not “ready” for the position.
It was incredibly frustrating interviewing FOUR times let alone wasting a VPs time to conduct my 4th interview to receive feedback that I was just “not ready” yet.
I ended this process with such a distaste for the company that I would never apply or recommend anyone to apply again.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Cotiviti in Jan 2023
Interview
I interviewed with five different individuals including a director and VP. I was given great unsolicited feedback after each interview and communication with the recruiter was consistent until I was ghosted. It was very upsetting to go through that many interviews and have such great communication to just suddenly be ghosted.
