Cotiviti congratulates its emerging coaches! Cotiviti recognizes the value that “coaching” can bring to the quality of relationships between employees and their leaders. In 2021, we trained more than 600 people leaders across Cotiviti to take a “coach approach” - to employ some basic coaching techniques to help them develop their employees’ autonomy and skills, and to further their own development and performance as leaders. We are so proud of our “Coach Approach” graduates, and appreciative of their time and effort to grow as leaders. We’ll continue to offer this important training into 2022. ...Show more

The Cotiviti Employee Committee is always finding ways to engage our employees to help us stay connected across disparate geographic locations. The CEC outdid itself leading up the holidays, creating a series of online events and competitions in the spirit of the season that yielded nearly 4,800 individual experiences!
