I applied online. The recruiter reached out to me and we talked. She said I was a great fit for the position and set up an interview with the hiring manager. They said that for this position they really look for people who recently graduated. I interviewed with two people and it was hard to hear one of them. The interview went great. I had the skills and experience they were looking for. They said I would hear back by the end of the week. I didn't hear back by Friday so I emailed the recruiter and I was told that they were never planning on hiring me. They were planning on hiring someone else that worked for the company before. They are required to interview other people before hiring someone. They just wasted my time.
