Lengthy Interview process for walk in candidates. Five Rounds of interview: HR Interview, Followed by Basic Technical Round and Written US healthcare Test, Basic Written Aptitude test related to data reasoning and Clinical Test

They have their wired lengthy hiring process & they think as if they are Apple or Google.The position & remuneration they offer doesn’t justify their hiring process. No of interview rounds- 1.HR round 2.Aptitude test( They take it so seriously but even after passing this test you can’t be sure that you will get hired) 2.Personality test(They have closed work environment & even their employees are always under pressure & don’t discuss anything) 3.Essay writing(Even for experienced candidates.We feel like freshers) 4.Personal Interview-5-6 people take personal interview at least for an hour which is unexplainable as compared to job position & package they offer. Some of their questions seem foolish & irrelevant.It was humiliating experience. 5.HR round-After clearing PI round, you have to negotiate with HR about package. -After Personal Interview, HR told me that they will contact me in a week but even after 3 weeks they didn’t contact me.When I tried to contact them, they blocked my number & after 2-3 days HR sent an email that they cancelled my candidature P.S. If company is not sure about hiring the candidates because of company’s mismanagement, then it should not waste candidates’ valuable time.
