Don't ever trust these ppl especially the VP round. You spend all your effort clearing the technical rounds finally the VP will bargain for your salary as if he is the shop keeper for the entire company. Also preference is only for ppl who accept wat they give....never expect anything and go like a fresher . Finally it's like gold they are out and inside rusted. I never seen a company were the VP interviewing a candidate. 0 For the selection process.....No fault with HR , technical manager .....but VP worst feel I had . Gained good experience!
