It was 1 hour process , irrelevant questions altogether. The interview was completely in argument mode. Then after few statements from the interviewer I almost understood how their work culture will be in their team (Particualrly that team not the company) Then intentionally I skipped few questions saying No. Definitely a new experience. Different organizations follow different rules n methods . It's always good to accept and learn
