I had an initial screening interview with the recruiter and then a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager. I was ghosted by both the recruiter and hiring manager afterwards, which was unfortunate, especially since I felt the interviews went well. At the very least the common courtesy of a rejection letter should be provided.
