The interview took about 1 hour. There were two people conducting the interview. One was HR and the other one manager of the Logistic department. They asked mostly general questions about resume, motivation, interests. They tested me on Excel (functions, pivot tables,formating etc.) and I was asked to fill in personality test ("so they can look at some warning signals"). It was fairly relaxed and nice process.

I was called for the initial interview, and was told I'd receive an email about the next stage soon, but it never arrived. They ghosted me without even explaining why, even though the interview had gone well.
