I was contacted by a recruiter on Linkedin and had a call to determine my suitability for the role. Following that, I had a meeting with a manager from Coty, and I was then invited to a hotel for further discussions.

The process has basically 3-4 stages: the initial call from the HR with a short talk about the previous experience, the first interview with the manager again regarding the experience and some additional questions, another interview but with the manager and the director with a short business case and related questions and last one would be discussing the offer.
