Two days later, I received an email asking for feedback on the selection process. I followed up with the recruiter to inquire about next steps but didn’t receive a response. Over the weekend, I received a generic message stating that I didn’t meet the minimum requirements. The experience felt impersonal and mechanical, as if HR processes were becoming increasingly automated, losing the “human” aspect. It was disappointing to be treated this way, especially when personal communication and respect are critical in recruitment.
