I was initially approached by the corporate recruiter, then was scheduled with two leads from each of their own departments/teams. They send you a technical test after that, it may or may not lead to a final interview with "the manager" (I don't know who that person is).
First contact was awesome, literally. Guy was super understanding, interesting and challenged me in many ways. He explained me the steps to come and whatnot.
Second contact, the "leads". Both of them are junior. Like one has no formal HR education and about a year of experience. The other has a bit more tenure. He played the "big guy". Bro... it's not investment banking. They came in 30 minutes late and shorten the interview to 45 minutes. I wasn't asked any sort of technical (IT) or recruitment question. I wasn't challenged on why I left my previous job or what I would be looking for in my next opportunity.
