Coveo Solutions interview questions

Corporate recruiter reached out to me for a pre-screen and then met with inside sales manager, SVP of Sales, and a field account executive. The questions were poignant and relevant, however, the whole interview process was sloppy and slow-moving with the corporate recruiter poor in communicating follow-up and keeping you abreast of the process and your status. You have to keep on them. They also administer two online (qualitative and quantitative) exams that are difficult, time-consuming, and aren't very relevant to a sales position. For me the process was frustrating as I felt the company strung me along for months. They are doing well and seem to favor hiring Taleo personnel for leadership roles.

The first interview was about 1 hour long separated in two segments. First segment is about yourself. Second segment is algorithms. They had me make a search web site. I had to come in for a second time to explain what I did and how I did it. There is two online tests to do : - Personality test - Aptitude test
