Interview
The process had a total of 3 or 4 rounds depending on the interviewee.
First round(Online test) : MCQs based on OOPS Concepts, JAVA concepts, quants etc. (moderate difficulty)
Second Round(1:1) : DS and Algorithm questions(Linked lists,strings,trees) ,In depth discussion about projects mentioned in the resume and a puzzle. The interviewer was really friendly and did everything to make me feel comfortable. He insisted that I took him through my approach to solve the problems and helped whenever I got stuck.
Third Round(1:1) : OOPS concepts and SQL were discussed in detail, they make sure your basics are crystal clear. General questions on what technologies interested me etc.Some more puzzles were asked. Remember to counter question till the problem at hand is clear before you start with your solution.

Q:Given an array. Write a recursive function that creates a Balanced BST using array elements.
Q: 3 Ants on a Triangle Puzzle....you have a triangle with 3 ants on different vertices of the triangle. What is the probability that either 2 of the ants or all of the ants collide if all 3 ants start walking on the sides of the triangle?
It was a proper interview . the first interview as completely technical.the second interview was tech + hr. The interviewers both the time were very professional and friendly. If you don't know some answers they will give you a hint.

The selection process has three rounds.
1st round was the aptitude and Java multiple choice questions.
2nd round was Technical Interview.
3rd round was HR
Interviewers were friendly and overall a good experience
