I applied online and got a call back from HR and they invited me the next day for a Face to Face Interview Session. One of the best interview process that I have seen. They make you super cool comfortable. I bet many company don't. It could be due to the exceptional talent they hire. Mine was of total 5 rounds. All rounds were a mix of HR and technical. You will be treated as an awesome guest and will be felt comfortable in each round. I think instead of calling them rounds, they were more of discussions. Round 1 was HR + Technical, where they tend to know your background and things you have done. Round 2 was again more of HR some less technical. Round 3 was More Technical and less HR. Round 4 had a balanced perspective of both. Last Round was with the CEO of the company. Although there was a client meeting and I didn't had to wait that much but a CEO saying Sorry to me just because my round with him got delayed by 10 minutes was just awesome. CEO is super cool. We didn't had a place of discussion as Coviam was crowded on that day. He took me upstairs all the way on the roof to have a discussion. I bet with his insights, this company is gonna rock in coming time. After that it was easy, he took me back to HR Manager for further process.
