I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Coviam (Bengaluru) in Mar 2016
Interview
There were 4 rounds
1. Online Screening test : Really easy. MCQs and 3 small coding questions.
2. F2F - Problem solving : Tower of Hanoi, Altered Merge Sort Solution and Fibonacci Series (Really !!!); Pretty easy
3. F2F - Java Round : The interviewer was very experienced and knowledgeable. Questions were mainly about Garbage Collection. How Stack and Heap variables are cleared of the memory; Different garbage collection algorithms. Class Loaders etc. Good and Hard.
4. Puzzles and basic programming.
Direct interaction with the CEO where he explains about the strategies and growth of the Coviam. He was really cool and he knew what he doing precisely with company moving forward.
HR Round - Which I think is a complete waste of time. I was not impressed with the handling the negotiation of the offer.
Fortunately or Unfortunatley(:P) I didn't accept the offer.

I applied online. I interviewed at Coviam (Bengaluru) in Mar 2019
Interview
You are basically a lab rat for their new HR product tool. I am not sure they even have any positions open. There were 3 rounds of interview. 1st round was good where there was a healthy discussion about the current projects that I was working on as well as some design patterns and system design. This was a positive experience where I was able to give satisfactory answers to all the questions.
Second round was also technical where we discussed about some system design and technologies that I had mentioned in my resume. There were 3 puzzles asked where I did answer 2 but third I was stuck and interviewer helped me.
Both the Interviews were taken from 2 people from 2 different teams.
Third round some random guy who literally ran to the meeting room beating the other person in a running race to take my interview. From the first question I knew this was his first interview. He had no idea what to ask and what to judge he was asking literally everything he had worked till date. I managed around 80% of them with answers. The third round went for about 2 hrs and I was sure he did not want to go back to his workplace rather he was doing timepass with me. At the end I asked him about the tech stack and found out this was another team and even he was not sure about his project. He got irritated when I asked asked him about the tech stack and said your resume does not match the requirements we are looking for.

Very good interview process. Multiple Rounds. Kicked off with aptitude followed by technical rounds. The questions were from in depth working of each technology, data structure, problem solving, algorithms, technologies etc. Very good process, I had to reject offer because I was offered promotion and new project in my company.
