It was conducted as a group interview with one other person. The interviewer asked us both the same question and we took turns responding. It was a very friendly and casual atmosphere.
Very chill laid back and easy. Nice guy interview me. Interview was done in the store out in the open on a table that was up for display. No hard questions got offered the job on site.
