A recruiter reached out to me first for a phone interview. The interview went well but they never got back to me afterwards, so I thought I wasn't a good fit. A month or two later a different recruiter reached out to me for the same position. At first, I didn't realize it was the same position until they sent me the job descriptions. This is already a red flag showing how unprofessional they are. They said there are some changes to the position, so they would still like to schedule an interview with me; however, they didn't show up at the scheduled time. This is a major red flag of how unorganized and unprofessional they are when they can't even deal with a simple interview process.
