The work could be enjoyable if it were not for the constant negativity and terrible attitudes.

Cons

The work environment is completely unprofessional. Constant conflicts erupt over trivial issues, and no one compromises. Domineering personalities dominate, and arrogance and ego suffocate every interaction. The atmosphere is oppressive, draining, and unbearable.

I don't understand how management functions in dishonesty and lies! The culture and work ethics were terrible, they don't feel guilty for lying, and show no conscience!
