This is because we like to be fully transparent about the position and want to make sure you as a candidate are fully aware of what you would be doing here. During our interviews we never do offer the position on the spot, but instead usually get back to you on our hiring decision within 72 hours. CSH is very communicative of our hiring decisions, getting back to candidates no matter if we our offering the position or not.
