Interview was very quick, asked a few simple questions about previous experience/resume. After initial questions, most of interview was spent listening to interviewer describe the position and expectations. It was clear towards the end that I was expected to get the position.

How have you worked as a team in previous jobs/school?
Thank you for your feedback. Our interviews can be descriptive of what our Behavioral Therapist role looks like. This is because we like to be fully transparent about the position and want to make sure you as a candidate are fully aware of what you would be doing here. During our interviews we never do offer the position on the spot, but instead usually get back to you on our hiring decision within 72 hours. CSH is very communicative of our hiring decisions, getting back to candidates no matter if we our offering the position or not.
